Founded in Austria and built on the belief that IT should be exact, not approximate — RIEGL has spent over a decade making sure infrastructure fails quietly and rarely, and support arrives before it's asked for.
Our story
Started with one server rack, one client, one standard.
RIEGL began in Rottenmann as a two-person systems shop supporting local manufacturers who couldn't afford downtime. That constraint — zero tolerance for unplanned failure — became the standard we still hold every engagement to. Today the same discipline runs through networks, cloud platforms and software builds for clients across Austria and neighbouring markets.
We stay a deliberately senior team. Every client is assigned named engineers who know the environment, not a rotating ticket queue.
